Our flagship development session, delivered by a personal stylist, and a life & leadership coach working together. 

Carol-Anne leads values-based work on identity, leadership and visibility. Cari leads colour psychology, perception and dressing with intention. Each woman maps her personal style direction onto the leadership values she has just named, and leaves with one thing to stop and one thing to start.

The coaching gives each woman something true to express. The styling gives her the means to express it. One without the other is a workshop; together they are development.

Cari spent over a decade in senior marketing and client services roles, delivering work for brands like Lloyds Bank, Nike and L'Oréal. After training at the Style Academy London, she now helps professionals use colour and style as tools for confidence and presence.

Carol-Anne spent over a decade in leadership and professional roles, developing a deep understanding of what it takes to thrive at work and in life. Now a trained life and leadership coach, she helps professionals build confidence, find clarity and lead with greater purpose and authenticity.
