Carol-Anne Ward brings a combination of life and leadership coaching. Together, they've built a process that changes not just how you look, but how you feel.

Cari spent over a decade in senior marketing and client services roles, delivering work for brands like Lloyds Bank, Nike and L'Oréal. After training at the Style Academy London, she now helps professionals use colour and style as tools for confidence and presence.

Cari works on the outside — your colours, your shape, your style, your wardrobe.

Carol-Anne spent over a decade in leadership and professional roles, developing a deep understanding of what it takes to thrive at work and in life. Now a trained life and leadership coach, she helps professionals build confidence, find clarity and lead with greater purpose and authenticity.

Carol-Anne works on the inside with your identity, your confidence, the stories you carry and the ones you're ready to leave behind.

HOW IT WORKS

The styling takes you through colour, shape, style, your wardrobe edit and a personal shopping experience curated entirely around you.

The coaching runs between and around every styling session, catching what's been stirred and taking it somewhere deeper. This isn't reflection for its own sake, it's the work that makes everything else stick long term.

The two strands run in parallel and constant conversation. The inner work grounds the outer transformation. The outer transformation unlocks the inner work. By the end, the woman in the mirror and the woman you know yourself to be are finally the same person.
